Withdrawals may only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your legal name that match your verified slot21 Account details. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though large withdrawals may require additional verification and processing time.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 WIB). These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. By using slot21 Services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts for any matters not subject to arbitration.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds within 30 days.
